How we handle customer information.

Legal business identity

Elevation UpScales, Inc. is a Colorado corporation and holds a Colorado sales-tax license. This sales-tax license is separate from any trade-specific or contractor licensing requirements.

Information we collect

Depending on the form or order, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, city and state, shipping or pickup information, product and quantity information, Hawaii freight-coordination information, RV or marketplace-item information, project details, selected solar components, preferred contact method, and listing photos.

Store orders, payments and fulfillment

For direct store orders, we may keep product and quantity information, customer contact information, shipping or pickup details, order status, fulfillment records, and supplier or freight references needed to complete the order. Hawaii orders or shipping-review requests may also include information needed to coordinate the applicable pickup or quoted delivery path.

PayPal is used as a payment processor for supported direct checkout. Elevation may receive and retain PayPal order or transaction identifiers, payment-status information, and other limited transaction details needed to confirm and administer an order. Elevation does not claim to store full payment-card credentials handled by PayPal.

Marketplace submissions

Marketplace submissions are stored privately while they wait for administrator review. If a listing is approved, the item details, city and state, condition disclosure, asking price, and submitted photos may be published. Seller email addresses are kept out of the public listing. A seller phone number may be displayed only after a buyer selects the Show Contact Info control.

How we use it

We use this information to save requests, review marketplace posts, contact sellers or customers, publish approved listings, review system compatibility, prepare recommendations or quotes, and maintain business records. A consent checkbox is not used to subscribe someone to unrelated marketing.

Anonymous site and Marketplace analytics

We may measure page visits and Marketplace actions such as category selection, listing opens, likes, shares, seller-contact reveals, call/text button clicks, and listing-submission steps so we can understand whether the site is working and improve it. Elevation UpScales, Inc. does not store a buyer name, email address, phone number, raw IP address, or search text in this first-party Marketplace analytics record. A temporary anonymous browser-session identifier is used to distinguish activity during a visit. Security and health-monitoring requests are kept separate from these customer-event records.

Local browser storage

The marketplace may store your Liked listing choices and unfinished seller-form drafts locally in your browser or device so those preferences can remain available when you return; unfinished seller drafts expire after seven days. The Solar Builder may store non-contact equipment selections locally, while contact details, free-text solar notes, and lead-result state are limited to the current browser tab session and are cleared when that session ends. This browser data is not a customer account and can be removed by clearing site data in your browser.

Service providers and storage

Submissions and order records may be processed through Cloudflare services. Marketplace and commerce records may be stored in private Cloudflare data services, and submitted listing photos may be stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. PayPal processes supported checkout payments. Suppliers and freight providers may receive order, product, destination, pickup or other fulfillment information reasonably needed to complete an order. Email may be used to notify Elevation UpScales, Inc. about submissions or order activity.

Retention and requests

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for moderation, follow-up, active listings, project records, safety, and business administration. To request access, correction, unpublishing, or deletion, email [email protected] or call 208-813-4998.
