How we use lead information.
Elevation UpScales collects only the information needed to respond to project requests, save solar-system builds, review compatibility, and follow up with customers.
Information we collect
Depending on the form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, city and state, RV or marketplace-item information, project details, selected solar components, preferred contact method, and listing photos.
Marketplace submissions
Marketplace submissions are stored privately while they wait for administrator review. If a listing is approved, the item details, city and state, condition disclosure, asking price, and submitted photos may be published. Seller email addresses are kept out of the public listing. A seller phone number may be displayed only after a buyer selects the Show Contact Info control.
How we use it
We use this information to save requests, review marketplace posts, contact sellers or customers, publish approved listings, review system compatibility, prepare recommendations or quotes, and maintain business records. A consent checkbox is not used to subscribe someone to unrelated marketing.
Local browser storage
The marketplace may store your Liked listing choices and unfinished seller-form drafts locally in your browser or device so those preferences can remain available when you return. This local data is not a customer account and can be removed by clearing site data in your browser.
Service providers and storage
Submissions may be processed through Cloudflare services. Marketplace records may be stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database, and submitted listing photos may be stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Email is used to notify Elevation UpScales that a submission is waiting for review.
Retention and requests
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for moderation, follow-up, active listings, project records, safety, and business administration. To request access, correction, unpublishing, or deletion, email [email protected] or call 208-813-4998.
Preliminary system builder
The solar generator is a planning tool. Submitted equipment selections are not a final electrical design, compatibility approval, or installed-price commitment.
